Charming hotel, secure parking, comfortable bed, delicious restaurant, convenient location near shops and restaurants.

Almost perfect.

The payment conditions which the hotel forwards to booking. com are wrong. The condition says that the price of the first night will be charged at the day of booking. But when we are there they want to us to pay the first night. Back at home I found out that it was not charged in advance, so payment onsite was ok. But this kind of wrong information is totally confusing and makes me feel bad - you think you have to pay twice . The restaurant is not good.

Dirty, old instalattions, no internet or wi-fi, noisy during the night because of a bar inside, no possibility of breakfast because of the dirt of the restaurant, old,very old TV. I didn't recomend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel had great facilities, including a secure parking lot with manned gate and security cameras, and a lovely restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The location on a busy avenue made it easy for us to get to nearby shopping malls and restaurants. Additionally, the staff were extremely polite and accommodating.

The noise from the party going on at the hotel during New Year's Eve was unbearable. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful while we were trying to address the issue.
